At present we are engaged in a project to develop our current facilities which are currently too small for our church and community activities.
Phase 1
The first phase has already been approved, finance has been raised, and building work started, we are awaiting completion of an annexe/extension to the rear of the property which will give us another large room to be used as a multipurpose lounge, a disabled toilet and another entrance. Phase 2 - Plans Stopped!
Initially we were planning to demolish the current building and then constructing a larger facility alongside the new phase one annexe. It would give us a larger main hall, a new entrance and reception area, new offices and larger kitchen facilities. However, we have recently felt that God is leading us to look for another Sunday meeting place elsewhere and that this phase should therefore go on hold. The Jasper Centre would be kept as a ‘base’ but we would find a larger venue for Sundays, perhaps with a view to buying something bigger in the future.
